Wow! THANK YOU all! A little kitten kept coming to our house and I finally got the kitty a bag and let her get used to it and then I decided to take her to the vet as I wanted to adopt her. I went to go see if she was microchipped and all her necessary vaccines. Baldwin animal hospital reception team were great as well as the Vet. Thank you so much for caring! You have the best team!

My puppy is 2 1/2 years old, since he was brought I he's been a patient. So far service has been very good. Though I miss being able to accompany him during examinations.

The staff is knowledgeable but will leave you in the room for an hour, then in the lobby for 30 minutes. It's an hour and a half for what should be a 10 minute visit! There's no respect for my time. Also I don't like that they take the dog away for what seems like a lot longer than necessary to do things. It's traumatizing for the dog, better to just do it in the room.
