Watch for angry, aggressive yellowjackets. 9 stings later and I’ve been humbled. Otherwise a beautiful trail.

A great beginner mountain biking area and also great for easier hiking thats mostly shaded.

Great area with many miles of trails. Very narrow path for walking. More ideal for biking. Fairly secluded, depends on the time of day. Lots of mosquitoes. Trails could be marked better.

I was walking...about a mile into the main trail I realized it was for bikes. It was a good time, I saw a turtle and some colorful aloe. It was a narrow winding trail and very sandy. I didn't see any bikes yet, but heading to Trout Creek (across the street) so I don't get run over 🤣

Wilderness Park is a great cross country trail system near Tampa. It is well maintained with marked trails which could be followed with TrailFork. Check the weather before going since trails take a while to dry up. On a perfect day (small rain a day before) the track holds the threads of the wheel really good at the right angle during turns since this trails is a mixture of dirt and sand with moderate root exposure.
