(from Google)I brought my dog here a few weeks ago for a boarding evaluation, after he was approved he came in for daycare 7 days in a row & enjoyed himself. He stayed 8 nights for boarding recently & had no issues with the facility. Now he goes every Tuesday for daycare because he loves The Dog Spot! Can't say anything bad about them. They are always kind & professional. I trust them 100%. Thank you guys for taking care of pepe!
I took my dog there for the first time for daycare. He was excited, well he usually is when we leave the house. The place was clean and I was surprised it didn't smell bad inside. Everyone there was nice and helpful. My dog went right in to hang out with other dogs. They sent me a few texts to let me know how he was doing since it was his first time there. They have Webcams that you can view on the site. They offer daycare, boarding, baths and a few other things. They have a section in the front where you can buy treats. My dog was tired and that is a great thing because he is a cattle dog mix and never stops. They gave him a report card to tell you how he did as well as some dog cookies. I will definitely go back and recommend The Dog Stop. I will update this review as I try other services that they offer.
Unfortunately, i had an emergency and needed to go to the ER. I didn't know what to do except leave my dog at home for the time being. My brother suggested taking Mickey to the Dog Stop which ended up being a great idea. I was held up in the hospital for the next 2 weeks. In my opinion the staff did a great job getting Mickey adjusted to his new surroundings. They cared enough to make sure he was comfortable by observing him in the different rooms they have for the dogs to play in. Plus, if you want to check on your pet the Dog Stop has cameras for you to watch and check on your own dog. If the staff feels your dog may do better with smaller dogs they move him accordingly. This was the second time I used the Dog Stop and thought they did a great job especially in an emergency situation situation. The staff was professional, kind and willing to do almost anything for my dog to feel comfortable. I would like to thank everyone at the Dog Stop for putting my mind at ease knowing they were going to take great care of him. I don't know how much a kennel usually costs per day but for Mickey's case it was $50 / day which may sound expensive but for what they do totally worth it !! I will use them again and hopefully if and when you need to board your dog you experience the same great service I did. Thank you to the Dog Stop and staff. See y'all in the future.
I recently adopted a heartworm positive dog and needed a daycare where he could get some exercise and enrichment, not running all day with the pack. The staff at The Dog Stop were very accommodating and offered VIP as an option-- they limited his time with other dogs (keeping him with older, calm ones) and gave him personal attention throughout the day. The staff is friendly and kind, and I'm happy to have a safe place for him to stay when I can't have him with me.
My Willow had a great time at this facility. She was able to play with many pups that were about the same size as her. Every time I checked the cameras, she looked happy. I will definitely be using your boarding service again! I wish there were special rates if you purchase for multiple days or book far enough in advance.
