They are very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. The prices are reasonable and in comparison to other pet suppliers. Great team . Very helpful.

It's a typical pet store. They have a large selection of dog foods and supplements. I went for a dog probiotic and fiber supplement and they had exactly what I was looking for. Their cat selection is small and their more exotic pet selection is even smaller. They sell some basic fish and a few reptiles surprisingly. All the animals there seemed well cared for and I was treated kindly. Would go back for sure.

I usually get our pets food & treats here all the time. However, after I changed my dogs food to instinct, I've noticed a majority of their frozen food is frost bitten. If you try to squeeze the instinct bag, the food feels solid and hard like it's frozen all together. When it should feel mushy where the food it frozen but loose. If i open up the bags, you can see the ice crystals that formed over the food with the food stuck together. Another is the lack of different flavors of dry kibble instinct food in bigger bags. I would like to continue to go to this location on a regular basis but I would rather go to the fort mill location where there is a wide more variety of dry kibble and frozen food it more taken care of. I would suggest on checking in with the fort mill location on how they take care of their food better in their fridges then rock hill.

We love pet supplies plus. There are always knowledgeable staff ready to help. We always receive coupons for our shopping trip that helps save lots of money. Yesterday I finally gave their grooming department a try. I have always tried to stay with small private owned shops but I was having no luck with the places in town and I got a coupon in the mail for 25% off a groom so I was like why not. Well let me tell you I was so impressed. Brianna got us in same day and get a wonderful job. She listened to my wants and actually did what I asked for. I like my dogs hair on top of her head left long because she wears bows about 90% of the time it looks dumb when it’s down but it’s almost never down. Well for the past year while searching for a good groomer every groomer has cut the top of her head short. So I’m am just so happy to have found a groomer who listens. I enjoy trying different hairstyles on my dog so it’s so important to me to have a groomer who listen and does what is asked. We will definitely be back. Thanks Brianna. 💕

Emma did a wonderful job with my Alpha! He looks and smells amazing. I usually do his bath and dry myself as I normally don’t trust anyone else since he is my service dog, but he was treated like a king. Even his nails are perfect! I will definitely be back to make more appointments with Emma in the future!
