Can I just say how appreciative I am of having found this pet hospital? My dog Kyla was experiencing what I believed were respiratory issues. She was struggling to breathe for a good 10mins. I had no idea where to take her so early in the morning and a quick google search led me here. I arrived, I asked if they take walk-ins for emergencies because my dog was struggling to breathe. It is all a blur to me after this but I remember hearing the staff yell out “oxygen!” And they took her back. I was bawling my eyes out. The staff was so comforting and handled everything so graciously! The vet came out and told me Kyla experienced a reverse sneeze and that she was stable. They brought her out shortly after that and gave me information on what to do and why it happens. I learned 2 things that day: what a reverse sneeze was, and that there really are angels walking on earth. Thank you to the staff for their quick actions and providing comfort in our time of need.

I loved the vet care itself but the front staff could use some training.. I received a coupon in the mail for “Your First Exam Free”. The coupon did not say anything about me needing to purchase an item etc. I initially contacted the office to confirm & front staff confirmed it was free “unless I purchased something”. Sounded great to me & I booked the appointment! Vet care was great but when I checked out they were going to charge me $80. I mentioned the coupon & they told me it was in fine print & no one from their office would have told me about it being free. I ended up paying for flea medicine to lower the price down. All in all the vet care was great but young staff needed training. Additionally, they claimed to not be able opt me out of direct mail marketing. I finally asked them to delete me from their system to stop postal mail.

They were simply great ! Everybody was very nice, I took my two dogs to save some money but still end up paying 350/for their exams and tests ( blood test for heart worms which is prerequisite for a prescription (Flea, heartworm and thick I believe) - not the prescription itself.simparica trio is the only effective prevention against these pests and has been working with my puppies who thankfully are very healthy ♥️ we thank you for having us and for the sweetest service.

It’s easy to schedule an appointment and they staff were very efficient. The physical exam fee was waived for some reason and they tried to save me money by prescribing pick up at Costco

I brought my dog to Boulevard Pet Hospital yesterday and had a really positive experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly cared about animals. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all my questions thoroughly, and treated my dog with genuine kindness and patience. Dr. Olsen was especially great—knowledgeable, calm, and not pushy with unnecessary tests or treatments. The clinic was clean, organized, and didn’t keep us waiting long, which I really appreciated.
