I'm writing this to document serious concerns following our visit. Shortly after dining here, I became acutely ill for two days after consuming the escargots. While I cannot state the cause with certainty, the timing raised significant concerns about food safety. Because of this, the experience was not only unpleasant but genuinely worrying. During the meal, there were already noticeable cleanliness issues. The plates and utensils did not appear properly clean, which added to discomfort and made the overall hygiene standards feel questionable. The food quality across dishes was consistently disappointing. Several items arrived cold, lacked freshness, and appeared carelessly prepared. Given the prices charged, this represented poor value and did not meet reasonable expectations for a restaurant at this level. After the visit, I reviewed other customer feedback and noticed that many reviews describe similar concerns, plastic in food, bread stale, duke dry, including food quality, cleanliness, and a rushed dining experience. This suggests these are recurring issues, not an isolated incident. The meal itself felt hurried, with pressure to vacate the table quickly, which further detracted from what should have been a relaxed dining experience — particularly at premium prices. Based on this experience and the patterns reflected in other reviews, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially to visitors or anyone expecting a safe, comfortable, and relax dining experience. Also super loud!

Wow if you are looking for French at it's best, this is the place for you! The overall feel the minute you walk in, is like you have been transported to France. The food is amazing, and the staff is the best of the best. Check them out ASAP.

2nd time I've been here and I wish I lived closer. The food and service are outstanding. I was lucky enough to have experienced the food in France, but with Luc's you only need to travel to Ridgefield to taste the same level of flavors. Absolutely recommend!

Solid spot, enjoyed our dinner date. Positives: excellent service and ambience, the staff were awesome, Sarah was a great waitress. The decor and outdoor space was really well done and reminded me of being in Paris. Enjoyed the escargot and cote du Rhône wine was delicious Negatives: some of the food could have been better. The bread was a little stale, I would expect a fresh warm baguette. Tomato salad special was not fresh, duck confit was well crisped but dry. This place has a lot of potential, and I really wanted to give five stars. It’s getting lots of points for the ambience and service, but some of the food could have been better. My wife loved the salmon. Will come back again to try lunch.

Exceptional experience. Felt like I was transported to a classic French restaurant hidden down a side street in Paris. We were served fresh homemade butter and bread to start off with, followed by some lovely foie gras and garlicky, buttery, delectable escargot. My main course was the Sole Meunière which was particularly delicious, light, and filling, followed by their crêpe du jour which was topped with strawberries. An excellent meal in an excellent atmosphere with excellent service. A hidden gem in the heart of Ridgefield!
