We cannot say enough about the awesomeness of Dr. Bailey and staff who took part in Finn’s care the weeks of June 8 and June 15, as well as the office staff. Your support and guidance were exemplary. Very friendly and well educated staff. High quality service and life saving care in a clean establishment. They genuinely care about helping animals and are not just after your money. Thanks to them both of my cats (young and old) are healthy, happy, and thriving. Would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Julie and her wonderful and I mean wonderful assistant provided awesome care to our 11 year old husky. I can say enough from appt scheduling to arriving to departing. A wonderful experience. Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital are awesome caring folks. Took care us before with a loss of my best bud, Australian Shepard and wouldn’t want anyone but them with my husky. Absolutely recommend Cross Lanes Vet Hospital! We moved here about a year ago, and we originally were recommended a different vet. I wasn’t really happy with the recommendation (just as far as it feeling as if my pet were a number, and I seemed to be viewed as a hindrance rather than a valued part of my pets’ healthcare). I decided to look around for a change. SO GLAD I did!! I’ve been really impressed not only with the facility itself (this clinic has the equipment needed for great veterinary services!), but the genuine love and care they give our pets as well. Our cat was unable to be seen at the previous clinic without sedation. I understand that this is necessary at times, however, at Cross Lanes, we have been able to have him seen and cared for without sedation twice now. I have been treated with respect as well, spoken to as a valued part of my pets’ care. So far, our pets have been seen by Dr. Bailey and Dr. Chelsea. The care is exceptional. I know our pets are getting the best treatment. Our difficult-to-handle-at-the-vet cat seems to genuinely love Dr. Bailey!! Dr Chelsea attentively listened as I described certain problems we were having and was immediately able to get the ball rolling on solving those problems. If you are looking for a vet practice with both great equipment for necessary procedures AND the compassion they would show to their own pets, this is the place!

These people are ALL truly the best. I’m from Missouri and my dog broke his ankle. They helped me with everything when I was panicking about him being injured and so far away from his normal vet. They are doing his surgery for me as well. Highly recommend them!!!
