I want to purchase boarding facility which was the on the market more then 1 year.They send me LOI for sign,off course I send to LOI To my lawyer for sure.Just 15 hours later I sent to LOI back to them. 1 hours later “they called to say to me”i send to offer too late them,that’s why owner accepted the other offer” so interesting if you have another offer you already know my offer why you take my time sign to LOI.I am not happy. I have a lots off question in my head about you guys. ????????????!

I purchased a boarding facility with this group led by Teija. I have purchased another business outside of the dog boarding industry before and the experience between the 2 purchases were completely different. From a buyer's perspective this company is very customer service oriented. They were so helpful with getting various licenses, researching demographic information for my kid to go to the right schools, and just about every bit of assistance you can think of. I have just reached out to them today to buy another facility with them. Oh and to top it off they gave me a huge free bonus on my first day of ownership with a learning conference with other owners that owned multiple dog boarding facilities. This conference helped me save time figuring out where I should invest money to maximize my growth. I can't say enough good things about them from the buyers side. We first met Teija and her team at National Kennel Sales & Appraisals in 2011 when we bought a facility with their assistance and we very happy. Fast forward to 2018, we went back to Teija and her team to help us sell two of our other facilities. Now we are using them again to help us with our most current acquisition.
