I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize one of our dogs, Beau, and the experience was incredibly difficult for me. We’ve had animals our entire lives, and our three dogs truly mean the world to us. What stood out to me at GoodVets Wesley Chapel was the compassion shown by Dr. Mora. The amount of time he spent with Beau and me spoke volumes. At one point, he even laid on the floor beside us during those final moments. That level of genuine care is something I will never forget. Faith at the front desk was also wonderful — compassionate, kind, and incredibly efficient during such an emotional time. Honestly, this experience made me realize I had spent the past decade at the wrong veterinary clinic. There is a huge difference between simply “processing appointments” and truly caring for pets and their owners. If you call your current vet and immediately get put on hold… if you stand at a crowded front desk with an anxious pet while overwhelmed staff rush around frustrated because they’ve outgrown their office… then you owe it to yourself and your pets to make just one appointment at GoodVets Wesley Chapel so you can experience what veterinary care is supposed to feel like. You can thank me later.

I had three English bulldogs that I brought in and I dropped off. They were very courteous very nice. Explain the process called me prior to them doing any procedures or any activities to the dogs, reasonable pricing very pleased with the vet will continue to use this veterinarian.

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary office. Losing my dog Cujo was one of the hardest moments of my life, and the compassion shown to me during and after that day meant more than I can put into words. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member treated me with such patience, gentleness, and genuine care even while I was hysterically crying and could barely speak. No one rushed me. No one made me feel uncomfortable. They allowed me the space and dignity to grieve, and they treated Cujo with so much respect and love. Receiving a card with Cujo’s paw print, signed by the entire staff, was incredibly touching and brought tears to my eyes all over again. It reminded me that he wasn’t “just another patient” to them. This is, without question, the kindest and most compassionate veterinary office I have ever encountered. I will always be grateful for how they cared for both Cujo and me during such a heartbreaking time. So this place deserves 5+ stars! Thank you so much

I have known Dr. Lester for three years, and she is truly one of the best veterinarians I have ever worked with. Her extensive experience, deep knowledge, and genuine passion for animal care are remarkable. She consistently takes the time to explain every detail with exceptional bedside manner. She took excellent care of my Police German Shepherd, K9Abby (EOW) 3/29/25, as well as my new K9Saide. She will always hold a special place in my heart for the care she provides. I always wait to leave reviews until I have dealt with a business more than once. Dr. Mora is one of the best vets I have ever had. I found a stray and sick kitten on the road, and my usual vet was closed. I found GoodVets and they got me in quickly, even when I had some minor emergencies with the kitten a few days later. Everything Dr Mora did and suggested made huge difference in the kittens health. I couldn't be happier with the progress and with this veterinary practice. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. Dr Mora has great bedside manner and truly knows his stuff. I will recommend this place and continue giving this place my business. And for any reviews saying they are overpriced, those people must have never gone to any other vets, because GoodVets is WAY cheaper than my usual vet is! Seriously love this place.
