(from Google)This is a great place for a peaceful stroll along the water and a break from the city noise. Well-maintained paths, plenty of greenery, and a pleasant atmosphere make it ideal for morning runs or a family picnic.
This place has changed so much, but the changes are for good, this was my childhood park.
Riverside Park is a charming green space with scenic river views, walking paths, and playgrounds—perfect for relaxing strolls, family outings, and outdoor fun.
Under construction. There is only a basketball court, a playground for kids, and a dog park. Wow.
We were out of town and in the area. My boys and I played in the park and the equipment was in good shape. No hazards. There was a lot of trash in the area but the park was heavily used for the couple hours that we were there, so I can see how it could get dirty quickly. Nothing dangerous … just empty bottles and paper products/food. Still, we had a great time and the park was filled with a lot of local kids and families.
