Imperial Polk Obedience Club

I had taken my puppy to the AKC star puppy course with no problem. When I went to register my puppy for a basic obedience course, Terry would not allow me to email my or mail in my registration as a returning customer since i had been out of town. I found this very odd as I wanted to be a returning customer and continue at the same location, I had started my puppy in. She seemed to not care and it’s pretty archaic to not allow people to email back a PDF form when you have to download it from their website anyway. I felt like this was terrible customer service and I will never refer people to this location Since there is no loyalty to returning customers.

I wasn't at all pleased with this location. Because my lesson started ten to fifteen minutes late every week and the instructor ended early, my dog did not receive the one hour session that was promised. I have moved my dog to a new facility, and he is doing much better. Because of the terrible hours I work they have when they are there I’m working. Therefore,I initially provided them the original copies of his records. When she obtained the information she required, I made it very plain that I needed them back, and they lost them, claiming they never got them. Large-scale deception because those documents were necessary for him to be in the class so I know for a fact she got that record that she misplaced. Please do a lot of investigating and ask a lot of questions before committing because as far as I’m concerned I just threw $130 in the trash.

Is really good trainers are AMAZING. Just too far away from my home and it needs more days a week of training than just one (obedience and Conformation).

I signed my 16 month old GSD up for their basic obedience course. It’s SUPER affordable and such a fun class. The trainers are really helpful and keep the classes small so you get the guidance you need. My girl loves class and it’s helped her so much socially. We plan to keep progressing in her classes and sign up for dog sports down the road. Highly recommend this place!!
