While visiting Scottsdale, my dog Winston — who is currently going through chemotherapy — needed a checkup and same-day blood work. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. Dr. John was compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to truly understand Winston’s unique needs. Amanda his incredible assistant — gentle, kind, and so comforting to Winston. They treated my sweet boy with genuine love and care. I’m so thankful for their hearts, their professionalism, and the exceptional service they provided. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic after being a long-time client who has spent thousands of dollars here over the years. When my dog ingested something he should not have, I contacted the clinic expecting timely support during what was clearly an urgent situation. Instead, I was told the earliest available appointment was five days later, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. Over the years, I have consistently followed their treatment plans, paid for prescribed medications, and absorbed repeated fee increases without complaint. However, when I genuinely needed help and asked if there was any flexibility or assistance during a difficult moment, I was simply told no. Loyalty and long-term patronage should matter—especially in veterinary care, where trust and urgency are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of compassion and support when it mattered most. I would strongly encourage others to consider whether this is the level of care they expect when their pet truly needs help.

I took my senior dog to see them. They listened to my concerns and didn't try to upsell me like a lot of the corporate owned vet clinics do. They modified her treatment to try and make her comfortable and increase her quality of life. They are trustworthy and have my dog's best interests at heart. This is becoming more and more rare in the veterinary world. Thank you for practicing veterinary medicine with a heart.

You guys have always been so personal and friendly and have such compassion. We have had 4 of our dogs taken care of by you and have always had a very pleasant experience. Your staff has gone out of their way helping us with our dog who suffers from seizures. Whether it was helping us make sure our prescriptions get filled when we had troubles with the pharmacy or going out of your way to look into alternative medicine that we could use as well, you all make us feel valued and make sure our pups are top priority. Even when we had to bring 2 of our pups in for end of life care, you have always been compassionate and even followed up on our well being afterwards. We are very grateful to call you our pets care team. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Mike and his staff are wonderful! Maddie was kind to and gentle with my cats and treated them like they were her own. Dr. Mike was warm and engaging, yet, most importantly, is a skilled veterinarian. He performed physical exams on both cats and provided me with detailed explanations regarding their illness symptoms. He then followed up with recommendations for further testing. The following morning he called me with the results of their tests. I’m thrilled to have found such a terrific vet!
