(from Google)Blue Cross animal hospital staff are kind and knowledgeable. The Staff truly goes out of their way to help you in the best possible way. They share information , even try saving you money. It upsets me to see bad reviews from owners who lack accountability. If you choose not to do the basic preventative measures like spay/neuter your pet then do not blame others when something happens. Had you did what you needed and should have done you wouldn’t be in the situation that you are. Please people do better for your pets if they are truly apart of your family.
You're better off using Google, they almost killed my dog. Posting again because I took my dog here twice (three times, really) with basic symptoms for a pyometra, otherwise known as the "unspayed dog disease" that commonly starts 4-6 weeks after the start of their heat. I share all the symptoms, including that my dog started her heat 4.5 weeks ago. They were unable to diagnose it. I figure it out myself later on Google, and see that it is fatal within 24-48 hours if the uterus bursts after going untreated. BCAH left it untreated... and undiagnosed. This is a very basic disease. COMPLETELY INEPT DO NOT GO HERE.
Completely inept team and facility. I brought my dog in twice for a very common but potentially fatal (within 24 hours) diagnosis of a pyometra. After not getting any answers, despite sharing all of the basic symptoms, I had to figure it out myself on Google. Completely absurd. I won’t name the two doctors involved, but they should be fired. Don’t go here.
Staff is very friendly and service is quick. My baby boy Moe did so good just sorry i had to neuter him. He is a blessing of a kitten for a year old! Thank you for taking such good care of him. I will be back with Momma Li and 3 babies!
Do not bring your pet to BCAH. I dropped a perfectly healthy dog for 2 nights of boarding. When I picked her up, she was injured and in pain. They have yet to fully explain what happened. Only after pressure from me were they willing to examine her at their cost. Not only did they show no compassion for my dog or myself, but it took them 2 days to apologize and only after I asked them to. They refused to reimburse me for the cost of the two nights she spent there and was injured mysteriously. Your pet is not safe with them
