Bier Brewery Carmel

We had a large group, kids and adults, and the staff could not have been more accommodating when I called ahead. The bartenders and clean up crew were friendly, helpful, and efficient on a busy night. Atmosphere was great as they had live music, we were relaxed, our kids could hang and play games while adults hung out. Beer and variety of options for other beverages was also good. Food was much better than I expected...Above average bar food without the grease. Again, overall great experience today! I'd go back if I was in the area again. Thanks Max, Alec, and Adrian!! (Sp?)

Service and friendly was great. They were very busy for the game watch, but we got a table quickly and our food was out very fast too. Burgers were pretty good. Drinks were great. Definitely very loud and hard to talk, but I doubt its normally so loud.

Visited while attending a car show in Indianapolis. Thank you for staying true to German Beer. I’m a pilot and travel often. I’ve been to hundreds of breweries coast-to-coast. Most places are putting their own twist to classic style beers where they’re unrecognizable. When I order a Dunkel I would prefer it actually tastes like a Dunkel; not someone’s twist or interpretation. Here’s my report card: Kolsch A+ Hefeweizen A+ Dunkel A+ Cream Ale A+ On top of great beer …. the staff was amazing! Thanks for a wonderful and memorable visit. Will definitely be back on future trips.

First time trying this place and have to agree with some of the other reviews about the food being hit and miss. We loved the pretzel but the burger (ordered with no bun) was dry, under seasoned and mediocre at best. Would not order it again. They don’t serve fries so I opted for the pickled veggies which were ok. As for service we went on a Friday, party of 2, and after ordering at the bar our food took 35 minutes which was long considering they weren’t at full capacity with several empty tables around us. Ambiance wise it’s a nice vibe. They had live music and several different seating options including some comfy sofas with coffee tables. If we go back we’ll probably just go for drinks and appetizers next time.

Great experience. In from out of town for work. I got the original smash burger which was fantastic and a South Simcoe to drink. Hazy IPA that was really smooth. Service was fantastic. Sat at the bar and Madeline took care of me, she said she just started and this was her first solo shift. I couldn’t tell, served like a seasoned pro! 🍻
