Mud Puppies

Today I redeemed the gift certificate I won at an event recently for a free grooming and took my 16 year old Jack Russell mix for a full deshedding grooming. Before I was able to schedule the appointment they made sure she had her Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations. Since she's 16 and her vet has discontinued her Distemper vaccinations, they were very accommodating and just required a letter from the veterinarian explaining that exception and then they had a really easy and thorough portal to setup a profile and upload those documents, so I the future if I want to use their boarding she'll be all ready as far as vet records go (and it's easy to update in the future). We were happy to see that Megan greeted is and would be doing the grooming since she was the one who we met at NUZZL and did a great job with the nail trim a few weeks earlier. I was told it would be about 2 to 3 hours at most and got a text message at 2 hr 15 minutes saying she was ready to be picked up. Right on time!! There was no rush for me to get her, since she was in a kennel. When I arrived I got a tour of the boarding facilities which looked great and a rundown of how they schedule the day for the pups playtime and walks. It's nice to know they are so close to my house if I need a place in the future. Then my pup Kieli was brought out from the back and her hair was so shiny and I gave her a quick back rub and no hair came flying off. And she usually sheds like crazy!!! Great job and they took care of my pup well twice now.

Picked up Bella from Mud Puppies after a 4 night stay and she had an AMAZING time! A few of the days she got her report card from them with pictures and it was great seeing her and getting notes about her stay. The staff reassured me with the winter storm about their procedures and kept me informed of Bella and what was going on while she was there! I was able to text the staff for updates even on days they were closed to check in on her. Highly recommend and will be back for both playcare and boarding!

We’ve been taking our dogs to Mud Puppies for years and absolutely love it. The staff is wonderful and truly cares about the dogs. Brooklyn is our groomer at the 620 location and she is amazing. She is kind, patient, and does a fantastic job every time. We highly recommend her for grooming your dog.

I love the staff here! My dog goes for doggy daycare twice a week. He has a blast! They send the cutest pictures of him playing in his report card. They’re also very accommodating. I’m disabled and the staff always goes out of their way to assist me however they can The grooming there is also excellent. I swear they get my dog (with white hair) cleaner than any other groomer.

Had a little incident happen because my pup moved during his haircut, it was NOT the stylist’s fault. Tyler has been our regular stylist and she handled the situation perfectly. I’m so impressed by the professionalism. Not only did she handle the situation well but she’s also great at what she does! My pup has gotten so comfortable seeing Tyler and she does a great job with the grooming. I’m closer to the 620 location but Tyler is worth the drive!
