I had an awesome experience at your Granada village store # 01189 on Zelzah Avenue!! I needed to return two items and I was greeted by Ms Elena👍. She was so nice and pleasant and informative and professional, and truly made me feel welcomed as a valued customer. I ended up buying a large box of dog potty pads, and I was super happy that your store price matches your own website!! Ms Elena is a valuable asset to your company and she is an expert with customers and your products. To Petco corporate: obviously, in this economy, every customer is valued, so you might want to consider having Ms Elena formally sharing her customer service skills at a store level, or hopefully at a district level. I’ve been to this store 3 times in 7 days (new puppy) Each time has been the perfect experience. I didn’t feel any pressure and always found someone nearby to assist. Everyone always seems to love being there and very eager to please. I had to return an incomplete item that I also decided wasn’t a good fit for my needs and the return couldn’t have been simpler. The cashiers are so sweet and have given me helpful tips every time.

I stopped by this Petco to look at some fish and also animals after a long stressful day from work. I came before lunch so the plaza was not that just and finding parking near the front was easy. This store had some nice fish, geckos, snakes, spiders, birds and hamster out on the floor to look at. The employees here are very friendly and are ready to help when needed.

I like this petco specifically because of the employees (cashiers and the manager I believe … if his name is Kevin B…? Not sure if he is the manager). They’re friendly and pretty knowledgeable. I didn’t even know I had a nutrition perk until one of the ladies told me about it!!! I have a cat & a dog and I’m usually buying cat food more often than dog food since the dog food lasts me quite a while and when I finally was able to claim a free bag of food, I had both dog food and cat food in my hands. I figured they’d give the cat food for free but the lady nicely told me that it doesn’t matter which one I choose. So… of course I chose the dog food and only paid the difference which was nothing compared to the full price I usually pay. Also, sometime last year, there was a coupon that the cashier didn’t apply … not sure why… so when I was sent an email for feedback, I informed them about it and Kevin B responded by firstly apologizing and second letting me know that the next time I come in, to ask for him so he can honor the coupon amount. I never did because I didn’t need anything else at the time for my pets but just the fact that they go above and beyond is enough for me to keep doing business with them. Plus, Petco’s perks outweigh their competitor so I’ll always buy my pets food from here especially since they’re the only ones I know of that have nutrition perks!

Isaac did a great job listening to me on how I would like my dog’s haircut. He took the time to discuss with me how he would cut her hair and how long it would be to my satisfaction. I appreciate it his knowledge and care for my dog. . She looks beautiful and very soft and smells great 😊
