JF Kicks Restaurant & Patio Bar

Didn't eat there, went for late night karaoke, drinks, love music. Had a great band, friendly polite staff. Was a quiet respectful family friendly vibe. We want to go back with our toddler on an afternoon. The place was clean (well bathrooms are 3 start lol, it is a bar). Really liked their patio layout and fireplace, just nice aesthetics.

Our first time here. Saw your sign down the road and decided to give a try. Very very pleasantly surprised!!! Our waitress Jennifer I was wonderful making us feel welcomed. For our first time we decided to try the shareable seafood platter. Great choice. Huge delicious crab cake, fish and shrimp and clams all cooked perfectly We will be back to try other things for sure.

First time visit to JF Kicks (Tuesday), and they had Karaoke with Bill as DJ. It was very nice. Didn't realize there were so many talented people in Brandon. The food was delicious, especially the Swee potato fries. Staff were very friendly and attentive. And there was a friendly crowd. Highly recommend for an evening of entertainment and laughs.

The restaurant is close to our home and the menu was appealing so we ordered for dinner the other night. This is the second time we’ve ordered food to go here. Overall the food was good. The flavor of the Hawaiian burger with the Teryaki sauce was really good. The fries weren’t the freshest when we opened the box, but when you order to go, anything fried loses some of the freshness. The lobster roll was good, maybe a touch salty, but overall pretty good and fresh. I can’t really comment on the service or atmosphere as we’ve never eaten in here, but there always seems to be a lively and fun atmosphere when passing by with the live music and outdoor patio etc. A staff member was there when I came in the door and when I asked about the food they showed me the shelf. They were kind and courteous. Personally, I’d like to try one time and eat in vs take out so we could experience the atmosphere - and food is always fresher when served at the table also. The menu has a lot of variety so there’s something for everyone.

Had my boyfriend order a side of fries for take out. They must have changed their fries recently. Tiny bit of seasoning and honestly, they look like McDonald’s fries. I know inflation and the economy sucks but these fries are so depressing. For years I’ve been upset with the slow service there and messing up orders. They never remember to send home ranch when I order take out fries. I stopped eating there about a year ago due to the painfully slow service. My boyfriend still goes every Saturday for some reason and dinner always takes about two hours but he brings me home a takeout order of fries and they never remember the ranch and tonight was the night I decided to leave a review. The McDonald’s fries…. Work on speed of service. That’s the main issue. The food is overall ok.
