The owners are very polite and treat the animals like family. Great place to leave your pet if you need to travel. Daily updates while you are away.
Best place to leave your pets. It’s a hotel for dogs, cats, and grooming services. They have different cages for your pet, like with air conditioners or at normal ambient. They also have a pool for the dogs, yes a pool. Your dog or cat is going to love this place. My personal experience with my dog, Belgian Malinois was amazing. She was in the air conditioning space. They sent me pictures every day to let me know how she was. She stayed for 23 days due to my trip to Europe.
My mom took our dog here and not only did they brush her off like it was no big deal after they cut his nail really bad but then they started yelling and harassing her to take her business else where so bad that she had to call the police. My dog was limping the whole next day. They also took him at 11 am and didn't return him until 530 and with this heat in Puerto Rico they didn't even give him water. He was so dehydrated when we got him back. By the way they responded to my friends review it is obvious they don't care if they hurt your dog. They say this stuff happens everywhere so who cares. I have never had this experience with any facility I've taken my dogs in 20 years of owning pets. When my mom wanted to speak to a manager the woman said well i am his wife so i am the boss so get lost and then some coward came from the back threatening her as if he would hit her. My mom is going to contact animal services to look at the inhumane way they handle pets. If I old give 0 stars I would. BEWARE.
My friend got her dog groomed here. They took 6 hours to finish him which should have been 2 hours max. The Dog was bleeding and limping to which I saw with my own eyes at his paw. They said it was fine and put some cream on him. I would never use them again.
