I think they are rude and unprofessional I can see why they always looking for doggies . Shutting the door in someone's face is considered rude and not very business like , Tammy I was right outside getting ready to come in for for my two dogs to get their nails trimmed you seen me and put the Close sign on the door. As I knocked on the door you and your cronies we're behind the register laughing grow up Tammy. My wish for you in 2026 is to go under I hate mean people. Oh by the way quit smoking 🚭

We take our 2 Golden Retrievers to Glamour Grooms in Archdale, and have for almost 10 years. They take great care of our "girls" . They are very accommodating if we need to change an appointment. The workers have even helped me load my elderly girl of 90 pounds when she could not jump into the vehicle. Hours are not posted, so it is best to call for an appointment. We trust this business with the girls. My girls Love going to Glamour Grooms we can't say groom, groomers or bath around the girls or they drive us crazy until the appointment time.

Tammi grooms our Keeshonds and can tell you I am unbelievably particular about how they are groomed. Most groomers want to just take a furminator-type brush to their undercoat which ruins it for this breed. Instead, she takes the time to thoughtfully clean them and brush them to de-shed them. I know it is a lot of work to her and we appreciate how beautiful they look each time they leave the "doggie spa". Tammi also has a wicked sense of humor and we love it! Amazing job Glamour Grooms. Best groomer in town!

Glamour Grooms takes great care of our dogs. They are consistent with the haircuts and very fair on pricing compared to other groomers. Tami stayed 45 minutes late to finish our dog as she needed extra work. We always appreciate their work!
