Freedom K9 Dog Training

We had an excellent experience with Freedom K9 Dog Training! Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with boarding our dog for training. She is clearly passionate about her work and took the time to carefully listen to all of our questions and concerns. She offered great suggestions and resources, and we appreciated how available she was for follow-up. Her quick response time and flexible availability made the whole process smooth. We’ve inquired with other trainers, but Lindsey is by far the best. She’s not just setting up success for now, but for the lifetime of our dog. We and our happy Doberman highly recommend her!

Lindsey, Mary, and the Freedom K9 Team are wonderful! We interviewed multiple dog training companies & decided on Freedom K9 because they felt like the best fit and most knowledgeable. While our dog was in their care, Mary updated us with photos/videos/texts regularly so we always felt like we knew what was going on, our dog was safe/cared for, and she was improving her manners! Our dogs program was tweaked based on how she was doing/responding to the training which we really appreciated rather than them just forcing her to stick to the program even though it wasn’t going to be beneficial. The video trainings they had us watch before getting our dog back are wonderful - very informative, practical, and professional. Since training our dog has gone back for brush up trainings, vacation stays, and the Freedom K9 team is always available to answer questions/provide help. They’ve improved not only our dogs life, but our lives as well and our dog is now able to go so many more places with us! If they have availability, go ahead and confirm your dates - they’re amazing and you will be so glad you did! We can’t thank them enough!!

We decided to add a Husky to our family that was just over a year and had lived his prior life in a kennel/run situation. He was not house broken, had no house manners and was not yet fixed. We are experienced with Huskies, but he had some specific behavioral issues that I was at my end with. Freedom K9 was very responsive and helped us select an option that worked for us, 1-1 sessions. We diligently followed Lindsey's homework and were consistent. The transformation has been absolutely incredible. He is now fun to be around and take on walks and knows what is expected in our home. I can see him processing and making good choices. We are so glad to have found Freedom K9!

Look no further- Freedom K9 is the REAL deal…So grateful to Lindsey for truly giving our girl Venus, FREEDOM. She is a totally different dog capable of going anywhere and managing anything thrown at her. We sent our 125 lb XL Bully that came to us with some negative learned behaviors to Freedom K9 for her 30 day board and train program and are so glad we did. It was a financial investment in our dogs life but also our families life with our pet. Before finding Lindsey, we contemplated if we were the right parents for her, but we trusted in her abilities and are SO glad we did! Our dog came home a different animal, her anxiety is completely gone!!! She listens better than ANY dog I’ve ever had which says a lot as I have owned border collies in the past. We get lifetime support as well as an extremely professional and organized online library of training content!!!! That’s worth every penny in and of itself. We also get to experience group trainings and see the families she has helped while working our girl through high stress environments. Venus will now be a bully that will never fall into the negative stigma attached to her breed. She is a strong, sweet, and loving dog who aims to please. Thank you thank you thank you! Freedom K9 Dog Training is amazing! We had a 1.5 yr old GS Dog who is now 3 and he was extremely people reactive. He had prior training with another trainer and had gotten even worse. We reached out to Lindsey and her team. He did a 3 week board and train and has been a totally different dog ever since. We now take him everywhere with us out in public. We now know how to properly introduce him to strangers and can have strangers come to our home. Lindsey is very responsive to all of my questions which is extremely helpful when navigating situations. She even will make videos explaining how to properly go about something. She is very enthusiastic and cares so much and takes the time necessary to make sure we understand. She does not just train the dog she also trains the owner. It has been such an improvement to our lives and Brunos for having freedom K9 in our lives we love them and highly recommend them to anyone with dog training needs no matter how difficult the dog is!
