I just want to start by saying that Dr. Reedy and the entire team at Privileged Critters were absolutely incredible throughout this whole process. What started as what I thought was just a sprained leg turned into one of the most emotional experiences of my life—we found out my dog had bone cancer and needed an emergency amputation. From the moment we got that news, their team moved quickly and compassionately to get him scheduled for surgery within just a few days. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have, and the care didn’t stop there. The follow-up alone speaks volumes—they called multiple times the very next day just to check on my boy. That level of attention and genuine care does not go unnoticed. This has truly been an emotional roller coaster, but thanks to Dr. Reedy and his amazing team, Lou is now on the road to recovery and doing so well. I can already see that sparkle back in his eyes. Thank you, Privileged Critters, for giving my best friend a second chance. I’m beyond grateful.

I love this vet! My puppy wasn’t feeling well they were able to take him same day unlike other vets I called. Joselyn was super amazing. Her bedside manners are top tier. She loved all over my baby. Prices are reasonable as well

New to Lakeland and always been a Banfield girly but THIS FACILITY HANDS DOWN changes my flow. No more Banfield! Not to bad mouth them- they’re great! But this is 5 minutes from home and 2/3 the cost! And the staff is the best!!! THANK YOU for taking care of Anastasia!!

This vet has the fastest service and scheduling. They helped us same day. The prices are economical and the care is exceptional. This cute cat kept us company while our cats were sick.
