After the store on 66 told me to come in and I could get my propane tank filled and window up to be told no! I then drove all the way to Lafayette and I was talking to their manager about how to file a complaint. He was extremely nice and took care of me he actually knew how to speak to a customer and treated me with respect. I would highly recommend this store if you are gonna go to tractor supply this is the one everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Also the manager I spoke to should be promoted.

my name is Thomas W Frederick i live close to the store so i use it quite often it is my main store for my ranch. i have cattle and i ordered protein blocks and paid for them and low and behold they told me that my order had been cancelled so i called to get an answer as to why it became unavailable so i became sus that the Lafayette store did not place my order and just blew me off. when i talked to the manager said he couldn't find my order. he said he didn't like my attitude so i said i didn't like his management. then he said that i must have done something wrong but i told him that i walked in and order it and it was placed by his staff. the manager got short with and that he was giving me a service by talking to me so i got mad because he didn't want to take responsibly or identify the problem. i feel like the Lafayette is more of a city store than a farm store i have to drive to Longmont 20 miles to get what i need and better service. the Lafayette store needs to be evaluated.

Love this place! I stopped in randomly for mums but got my dog a new toy and treats. Great organic selection. Also the girl working up front Alana (Alara?) was super kind and helpful. Would recommend!

Had a great customer service experience with the store manager Shayna who helped take care of a manufacturing defect with my purchase. I really appreciated her professionalism and help to resolve the issue. Thank you again for all of your help, happy customer and we will be back to shop at your store.

Super helpful and friendly staff! Dani was a delight to work with selling me a grill, all sorts of bird feeders and seeds and well of plenty of dog care stuff and toys. Thanks for all the help! This store and team are truly top tier
