(from Google)This palce might have dogs in cages but its because they dont want them to be roaming around the store,some weeks ago i adopted a cute lil dog caled jaxon, at first he was timid, scare and bitting, but then l, by now its a very hyperactive, friendly and cute dog, totally worth 5 stars, also staff very kind and friendly, wish you all luck😀🍀
I support this animal shelter wholeheartedly. The owner does her best to give these innocent fur babies the care they deserve. People leaving negative reviews need to understand that this is a mother and son doing their part, rescuing animals that have been neglected by their previous owners. I have personally visited the shelter several times to drop off abandoned or feral cats, and I’ve seen that it is maintained as best as possible given their resources. Instead of criticizing this small shelter for alleged “mismanagement” which I completely disagree with based on what I’ve seen why not help? Donate, volunteer, or support this woman who has been mistreated by these comments. She is a wonderful person and does not deserve this type of attention. She’s doing her part the bigger question is ARE YOU?
As soon as I walked in a strong smell of bleach hit my nose. I really feel bad for all the animals scattered around the shop that have to inhale that daily. This place is unprofessional and messy. The trim came out ugly and choppy for it to cost $88 for a full groom for a small puppy. Compared to pets smart $64 price….also I watched the owner roughly trim my pups nails like she was in a rush. I really hate that she made my dog scream a few times... This was a horrible experience 👎🏾 if you decide to go here you MUST watch what they do don’t just leave your dog and come back.
My experience was flawless Shakima I got to see wildlife at his finest 2024 diesel is wonderful he’s a survivor my kittens actually had a bit of a beautiful experience. God sent him a bundle of joy he had a batch today!
This review is based off an experience, not service. I made an grooming appointment for my pet through the website. I received a confirmation, and received notifications daily reminding me of my "appointment" coming up. The morning of the appt, I received yet another confirmation. When arriving to the shop, it was closed down. I tried calling the number but of course it's to the shop and no one was there. The hours posted say they're open daily at 7am. Things happen but it was extremely inconsiderate to accept a appointment then not show up, I still haven't received any correspondence. I was trying to support this black business but we'll be going back to PetSmart.
