First time customer and I will definitely be back. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. I think the young lady’s name that helped me was Natalie. Very professional.

Went for the first time today and will not be back. No one was at the register when we were ready to check out. I had to find a worker to ask who was working the register and was talked to rudely by Natalie. She rung us up wrong and when my husband asked about the sale she just shrugged her shoulders and called someone to refund us and she was rude about that. The entire encounter was horrible.

This place is pretty cool! Has a little bit of everything. Even a dog groomer in the back! Staff were super friendly. We recommend coming here and checking it out 😁

The staff is nice however; they don't have any knowledge on their own products that they sell. I had to return items because they said it would work for my dogs; but clearly they didn't. Again the staff is quite friendly. I just think they need to have more knowledge on the products in the store. The friendliness is the reason I didn't give them a one star.

My favorite pet place in town. They have a great selection but more important the staff is knowledgeable about their products. They are very friendly and spend time with you versus just buy your stuff and leave. A good family feel. My puppy has decided that Gracie is his favorite and he love to go see her.
