I took my pet to the groomer on Tuesday, June 2nd, with the reference photo they requested. At no point did they tell me they didn't know how to do this type of haircut; on the contrary, they kept my pet on the day of the appointment and then told me to come pick him up afterward. The result was a complete disaster! To this day, I've been trying to find a way to fix my pet's hair and went to other groomers, who all said it was beyond repair. It's a shame that a place that specializes in dog grooming doesn't take proper precautions with its employees before they cause this kind of damage to pets, because then how are we supposed to fix it?

They always leave me beautiful little boys and girls! I have three animals here, very friendly, working from early in the morning, and they've never had their hair cut to this day. Highly recommended!
