Jess is phenomenal! Her expertise, warmth and kind way with animals goes a long way with putting our golden retriever girl, Journey, at ease. Jess transformed Journey from looking like the grinch to a doggy goddess!

Josie was an amazing groomer for my fairly large (77lb) 3 year old Goldendoodle! Services included bath/brush/nail grind. I thought it was reasonably priced and all done in a timely manner- less than 2 hours where other pet stores have taken closer to 4 hours. He was very clean, fluffy, and happy. It was clear he was well cared for. Although we typically do the self serve dog wash, we will definitely be booking again throughout the year. The store as a whole is very clean, well stocked, and all staff members have been kind, happy, and friendly! Always offer to help and happy to answer questions.

We love coming here for Charlotte’s grooms. Always nice staff and make Charlotte feel comfortable. We are so happy with her cut and style, Josie is great!

Staff were really kind to my child there to pick out their first pet. They had what we needed in stock and the guinea pig we brought home is now a considered a new best friend. We also got a balloon which thrilled the kiddo.

I have got to say the staff is amazing. From helping us prepare for a new addition to the family to making sure our kids were entertained during the process of picking the best fit for the home; it was just a joyful and informative experience. Although we showed up close to closing time your team was so sweet, and willing to help. More specifically thank you to Ellie and the love you had for Falcor prior to me adopting him. She knew his feeding schedule, temperament, and needs right off bat without hesitation. Next thank you to the gentleman named Ray who helped us with bird supplies and teaching us more about a newly adopted pet we had acquired earlier that week.
