No cleaning stations when a dog has an accident. On top of that staff doesn’t bother to help you look for things when you need help. Had to leave an area unclean after my dog had an accident because staff couldn’t bother to take a second to help me locate cleaning solution.
I’ve been coming here for years and this store has been a staple for my household for pet supplies. The workers are invested in making sure you get the right food/snack/collar/litter/chew toy for your pets, and always give a variety of options to choose from.
Pet Supplies Plus has by far better deals than Petsmart. Toy coupons for pet birthdays, email coupons, postcard coupons. I've been won over completely. Also very nice staff.
Love love love this Per Supply Plus on Elston in Chicago!!! Staff is WONDERFUL!!! I’m in there every week, they have the best variety of Fromm dog food for my loves!! 🐶
