Took 30 minutes to get crickets. No one was at the register for 20. Paid for the crickets and my other item. Which came to roughly $45 The other lady hands me the crickets and its nowhere close to 200 crickets. I just took them and left. That's the worse service I ever received.

Employees are rude and don’t want to do anything. I was interested in buying a new pet and tried to ask several employees for help/ advice on the pet, each employee I went up too seemed like I was an inconvenience.

Amanda is very caring and compassionate when grooming Peppa. I am always pleased with her services.

Very knowledgeable of fish facts and manager has over 18 years with the company. Associates don't hide like most stores, address you as soon as you walk in the door, either with a greeting or an offer to help. They have been working with me for a couple of weeks to get my fish aquarium back up to par and I will say that they were very informative and saved me a few bucks in making the right decisions. I recommend 10 Stars ✨ if I could.

I ordered some cat food to be picked up via the PetCo App. The process was effortless & my order was brought out to my car. I'd recommend this option if you're not a fan of in-store shopping.
