I placed an online order for pick up and it got lost in transit. I stopped by the store for assistance and someone named Jennifer was very nice in helping me try to locate it. It was a mystery unfortunately. However someone named Mitchell contacted me via phone in another attempt to try to locate it for me. Turns out my order got delivered to another TS location instead of this location. They were very helpful and sincere during this ordeal. They never made me feel like a nuisance and was happy to help in any way that they could.

I shop here for supplies for my very large dog. He consumes large quantities of food and treats, so the difference in price matters. They also have a solid supply of toys. They have a dog washing station that is perfect for large dogs because they walk in. There is no way I could life my pup onto a table, particularly if he was wiggling in protest.

I bought Rye grass seed from the Concod location the grass seed did not do well at all. I bought five 50 pound bags. and the seed came up in patches I took pictures and went back to the store and showed the store manager. He stated he would contact the vendor and get back with me however, he never did what he said he was gonna do so after a couple of weeks I contacted the corporate office they told me that someone would be calling me back within 24 hours and I never received a call back. Also I show the manager pictures of what the product produced. I think this was a problem of bad bags of seed high of they elected not to do anything about it. I will never shop there again and close my Credit account Because they don’t value my business as a customer.

Good selection, decent prices. Pet supplies, gardening equipment, vet comes in Saturday mornings. Warm employees

I got my chickens from here. I come here every month at least twice sometimes. I get my chicken feed from here and I also get my dog's food from here. This location is not the closest as far as travel goes but it's the closest to my house. I like that they always have what I need food wise. I'll go here again.
