Upscale Aquatics

Place and people are nice but every fish my husband and i have bought here have died within the first week of having them, and we are not newbies to this hobby, weve tried everything to get our new fish to eat but they just wont. Idk what happens behind the scenes at this store but just fair warning to those who want to buy fish here.

I recently got back into aquatics and have been to just about every aquatic stores around the charlotte area. This place by far is the only place to go! So many fish and plant life there and prices can not be beat. Highly recommend. Will not go anywhere else.

The team there, the overall store, and fish are fantastic. Had an issue where UPS broke my box and had it upside down allowing my adult trigger to arrive with not much water in the bag and dead. Owner and his team were as disappointed as I was since it was a very nice fish. They proceeded to order me an even larger adult and ship as a replacement with great success like all other fish shipped to me in the recent past. All around customer care and excellent communication with top quality saltwater fish. It’s my only store I will order from, and they have not ever disappointed me or my tanks in general. I been in this hobby for 28 years and I’m very happy I found this old school customer focused aquarium store to keep me stocked. Well done guys.

Went there to purchase an axidotl. The staff there was extremely helpful and and knowledgeable. They helped me and were extremely patient with me. The owner even helped me and answered all of my questions. I drove an hour to get there and it was definitely worth the trip. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a knowledgeable staff, great variety and any aquatic supplies that you need.

Absolutely love this shop from the time you walk in the doors till the time you leave it’s a great experience. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They are happy to answer all your questions that you may have. If I could give this fish store more the a 5 star review I would. Staff 10/10 Price 10/10 Over all expenses 10/10. I will always go here for any livestock for freshwater and saltwater.
