Joel the manager at the Trinity mills location went above and beyond after I had a delivery issue! He stayed on top of the issue and made sure everything was resolved! I’m big on customer service and he showed amazing customer service ! We need more like him!

I love this place! I am disabled and use a power wheelchair and for the first time in my life the manager came to me and asked me how accessible the store is for my wheelchair and I must say the aisles are more than wide enough for my chair and SO much better than other stores ykyk. The prices are quite reasonable and I get a lot of coupons in the mail which is greatly appreciated.

I started shopping at the Trinity Mills location several months ago when Petmart stopped selling a particular cat food I buy. This has consistently been a solid location. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time I’ve been there- even when I’ve had to make a return. curbside pickup has also been pretty quick when I’ve used that option. I also like that they have coupons often, which can be used online or in-store.

Best selection of pet supplies for ALL pets! The dog wash stations are a life saver for my bathroom tub! They supply the soap, towels, aprons and air dryer! Best part is they clean up everything when your done. Buy 5 get 6th one free!!

Their self serve baths are my favorite. I bring all my foster pups here before taking them home. It is so convenient to have everything there to use and clipping them in so they’re safe is perfect for us. Pet food and treats are super reasonable too—staff is always available to help and answer questions.
