Petland Dalton

We just visited this petshop on the way home from Florida to Kentucky. We didn't purchase a puppy, but we stayed long enough to be able to give a review. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with warmth and friendliness! We were told to "Let us know if y'all want to play with any of the puppies!!!" My children were delighted!!! The facility was clean and the animals seemed happy and well cared for!!! I was so impressed that I really wanted to write them a review. I did let one of the employees there know about the awful reviews I read about their store and was very cautious coming in. But all of my reserve vanished as I experienced the atmosphere and costumer service first-hand. If you're looking for well-cared for and healthy, happy puppies, and are in the area, look no further!!! 🥰

My mother just lost her Cavaliers King Charles by having to have him put down. She went in and bought Pecan a beautiful Ruby cavalier King Charles. Stephanie was great and the puppy is very good and healthy. Thank you to Stephanie and the staff at Rome . If you are interested in a puppy I recommend Stephanie. She was awesome.

Here is Dream ☁️ Thank you to Emory, Kate and all the other girls at the store they were all sooo sweet to us!!! Emory did such a good job at her job and her telling us it’s her first Job and has been there several weeks it amazed me how good she is with her job and the love she has for it. She was so great especially convincing my hubby for us to get the bunny (it was funny 🤭) she really is a sweet heart and i can see she is trying her best at her job. This is my first bunny bought at petland, i have bought manyyyy fishes there and have turned out amazing. But we are so happy to have this cute Baby Holland Lop Bunny with us at home, and she is already super spoiled ☺️ Thank You Petland Dalton for this amazing and sweet experience. ✨Im a small streamer and so i will be posting more videos of Dream on my TikTok ➡️ royaltydreamgaming

The staff at this store were such a help in getting my schnauzer. After almost getting scammed, it was such a relief to be able to speak with someone on the phone and then go and see the actual puppy I was getting. Theo is healthy and the staff helped me get all of things I didn’t even know I would need. I’m super ecstatic to add him to our family.

Gotten wonderful birds there that are hand tamed and raised by the management team They have a wonderful bird section in their store for toys and food. Pups are pricey, but I’ve gotten a couple there that have been SUPER! Wouldn’t trade them for the world. LOVE THEM 🥰
