Once we identified the car that we wanted to buy, they patiently worked with us, were thorough, explained the process, and made it happen. I will not only be recommending them to others both in and out of town, but when I need to buy another car, I will reach out to them first.

They fixed my Toyota within a day, Hugo and Aldo they are very nice and communicate well about the price throughout the repair process, plus no hidden charges. Highly recommended for any car repair need in denton.

I bought a 98 Mitsubishi eclipse from them. My experience with them sucked. I remember dropping my car off for work and they totally ruined the alignment , the. Said that they never touched it. And they were being rude to me as if I was wrong for wondering why my car was squealing down the street. The camber was horribly positive. I’m a ASE certified tech now and I would never adjust suspension without test driving and then give it to the client. Also Someone without insurance hit me and totaled the car. When the insurance company sent the check, Hugo Auto Sales was rude and hung up in my face when I was trying to get my measly $150 check. Then they kept the car that my insurance paid for and that I paid for even though said that they could keep the car because it was salvage. When I got the car it was in horrible condition. Gunk in the coolant reservoir, The passenger wouldn’t lock in place, Multiple vacuum leaks, and more. Overall regrettable experience with shady people who don’t take accountability.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Having challenged credit is hard enough, but I never knew how hard it was to get financing being a Uber Driver. In the last few days, I was turned down instantly just because of my job title. After being turned down over 5 times within two days, I'll admit that I was discouraged and disappointed. I was told to trust the process, and everything will work out. It definitely did!!! Yesterday Hugo's gave me back the hope that I had lost. They provided me the opportunity to get a car when no one else would. I was approved for a 2013 Chevy Malibu.
