TL;DR: TSC employees don't know how to properly fill propane and need their training and certification reviewed. Just attempted to have a 30lb propane tank filled. The employee had no clue how to properly use the equipment as he repeatedly leaked propane to the air by using the wrong nozzle. After the third employee failed to fill the tank I informed them if the correct nozzle to use. After connecting the correct nozzle, the employee almost started filling my tank without resetting the gauge that was showing the .25 gallons that all 3 employees leaked to the air. He then stopped filling my 30lb tank at 4.51 gallons. I informed him that a 30lb tank will be approximately 7.4 gallons at 80 percent capacity. He stated some stuff about stamps on the bottle and the scale used, but didn't understand that he was using the wrong scale. A 20lb bottle holds about 4.7 gallons at 80 percent capacity. All the employees need their training and certification reviewed.

Stall mat ripped immediately when we got it home. Weren’t willing to even give me a discount on it. Products should last more than five minutes and you should stand behind them.

Please clean up the receiving dock. The area made for trucks to pull in and back to the docks is cluttered in an unorganized manner preventing safe back from the driveway. Drivers are forced to back in from the street causing traffic and safety issues. These problems open up TSC to lawsuits because of traffic accidents or trips and falls over the merchandise will nilly all over the receiving area. If security is a concern, close and lock doors instead of leaving them wide open. Don't be rude to truck drivers who enter open doors near the receiving dock looking for an associate. It is very common for drivers to enter doors on the rear of a building near loading docks to check in for delivery. I was very rudely told "you don't just walk through doors" and that it was a security risk for me to do so despite no signage and the door being unsecured.

My first time there and I was very impressed. I realize that I have a lot to learn about living in the Foothills on acreage. But I am confident that the knowledgeable staff at TSC will be able to help me. They had even more than I expected.
