Mini Pet Mart

I’ve been shopping exclusively at Mini Pet Mart since moving to Oregon which is about eight years now. I live closest to the one near River and Irving but because of other shopping, would frequent Division, that is until they were out of the food I use. I went to West 11th that day and that became my location STRICTLY because of the manager Lindsay. The customer service I received was beyond exemplary. When I was told she changed locations, I changed mine back to the Division store. I don’t know how to explain this but I can see the difference since she’s been there. The store is cleaner, better organized, better stocked, and even a higher level of customer service amongst the same employees that were there prior to Lindsay managing. We now have three households that are shopping at that location exclusively because of how that store is run, one coming from Springfield just to do so. We rescue, so we do spend quite a bit and while some other stores/websites out there do sell much of the product we use at a lesser cost, the extra money is absolutely worth it for the customer service and knowledge we have received from Lindsay.

Mini-Pet Mart on Division is extraordinary. They are very knowledgeable and patient. I can always find what I need and if I don't they will advise me. They also have a fair and honest return policy. Don't go anywhere else! The best!

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. This is the only store I buy my cats food at. Lindsey went Way above and beyond helping me find answers to questions. Thank you again Lindsey. You really helped ease my mind about my opossums well-being.

They had exactly what I was looking for. I was welcomed entering and the cashier was extremely pleasant as well as helpful... my first time here and I will definitely be a return customer.
