I love going here to get treats for my dogs. As well as their accessories.

This staff at this store is wonderful! When searching for a harness for my dog, I called this West 11th Mini Pet Mart. The person answering the phone, who I later learned was Lindsay, was so helpful that I went out of my way to visit this particular store. When I arrived, Lindsay gave me the kind of help that is rare in this day and age. She really cared, and made sure that I found the product I needed, and even took the time to adjust it's fit on my dog. On later visits, I have found all the staff members there to be extremely helpful, courteous and caring. Nothing can replace that kind of customer service. Thank you!

So many options for high quality pet food, treats, toys and supplies. If they don't have it in stock, they will check at their other stores or will order it for you. Great customer service and I love the punch cards 👌

The customer service here is impeccable. This particular store is a further distance from my home than a couple of the other stores but because of the manager, Lindsay, it’s worth the extra time and distance. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain the difference between products. Her employees also are very knowledgeable and if they aren’t sure of something, will find out. In addition to the above, this store is always incredibly clean, the shelves stocked and product easy to find.

Great staff and best prices in town at Mini Pet Mart! They always have the products I need in stock. I appreciate the variety of brands of dog food. The toy selection is quite impressive. The staff takes time to answer your questions. There is a frequent buyer card for Taste of Nature Dog Food buy ten get one free. This is the best perk ever! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
