Pet Supplies Plus Fort Myers

Hello, I just wanted to share my experience. I’ve been coming To this location for years And I walked out pretty Disgusted On hearing the store associate talking crap about a customer Saying that “they need to pay attention” just because a customer was assuming or asking questions, And she seemed visibly irritated Never seen her before but her name was Alaina

I love this store and so do my pups. However, you have an employee who is exceptionally rude. Young man who does not wear a name tag. Customer service is key and your customers should not be be spoken to in such a condescending manner.

The worst experience in a grooming salon. Even with my original canadian rabies vaccin proof, nobody was able to read it properly. I have been cancelled my appointment on the spot.....strangely enough another grooming place took my dog without an appointment, the same day, and read my document without an explanation. I am traveling around the world and this is a first.

Pet Supplies Plus is a great store and ended up being much more convenient than some of the larger pet store chains nearby. Parking was easy and close to the entrance, which made it a quick stop instead of a chore. The store itself was very clean and well stocked, including the reptile section. They had exactly what I needed - mealworms for our leopard gecko - which isn’t always guaranteed depending on the location. The staff was friendly and helpful without hovering, and the whole experience was fast and efficient. In and out quickly with no hassle. This is an easy go-to spot if you’re in the area and need pet supplies done right.

Brought my Chihuahua to have her nails cut. Gavin was so wonderful to her! She didn't react at all like she would with other technicians. He was so sweet and caring to her. What a wonderful guy!!
