Petco

I was sent here by Harris County for an adoption that had been transferred. I waited in line for 6 minutes to have some questions answered. Kristen was assisting another client and had asked me to wait as someone else would be helping me after walking them over to the front store. Didn't acknowledge or ask what I was waiting for, just assumed I was needing grooming services. As I waited with my children for a while, I noticed she was not returning. I walked to the front line of the store and seen Kristen checking out people in line. I got in line and waited again for assistance. Once it was our turn, I mentioned I was interested in adoption. She walked me back to the previous location and mentioned the two cats were the only thing available. I mentioned to her that her horrible customer service skills were found to be disrespectful and rude. With a smirk on her face she apologized. I would never bring my children here or help support this location with people who feel entitled to treat people this way. Ive never been discriminated, but it felt like I was. She did not acknowledge us, was rude, and left us standing there like idiots for awhile.

The store was empty and I see why. I walked around the whole store looking for someone to help me. I ended up at the grooming department and a lady there was able to help. When I told the lady behind the counter with the nose ring that I couldn't find help in the store she gave me a crazy look like I was lying. Definitely take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache.

Omggggg Kristen and Marvin were so sweet to my fur babies !!!! They made us feel right at home . The young lady with the blue hair that checked us out at the register was very informative about the holidays sales which led me to buy more toys . Thank you for the Christmas Photos ♥️

This mess smells like old cat and dog urine. It is overpowering. It hit you like a hammer to the face the minute you walk through the doors. You could see the urine stains on the floor that have not been cleaned up and just been left there. Normally Petco are pretty clean. This one is the exception. I would be terrified to bring my animal in here. Glad I came in without them. They were only three people in the whole store. One was working in the vet office, the other one was working the floor and the cash register and the last one was grooming, a pet.Little to no customer service for the price you pay here. Go to other stores.

I had such a great experience! Noelani was super helpful while I was getting my son his first hamster. She was very nice, patient, and made the whole process easy and fun. Thank you, Noelani, for making this a special moment for us!
