Tractor Supply Co.

Sat in line to make a return since their site switch the propane heater is selected to natural gas.after finally getting through the line I was told they won't do returns because he was using the store phone scanner. They wanted me to wait in the long line again. I just left it there to be there problem and took a photo of it in their possession. When I tried to call them they kept trying to hang up on me 28 time so it took me blowing up their phone with separate phones to get them to answer. Customer service can do Customer service apparently. I shouldn't have to go through my credit card company to force them to return my money.

Staff was kind and helpful, store was clean. A quick stop, able to find what I need, and quick check out

Cashier barely moved out of her chair. I had a big bag of goat food and several damn bags of goat snack. Every single time I’ve been to this store they scan all the items at the same time time but this particular employee went back to the chair and waited for me to lift every of the small bag for her to scanned out of her chair so she doesn’t have to move. Poorest customer service in a longest time.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very nice and well laid out. Bright and inviting outside. My favorite. The wife and I always go here.

First time at this Tractor Supply. I needed to get some more deer corn. I was welcomed when I walked in. As I was walking through the store, other staff greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Huge shout-out to Melinni. Terrence and Ramsey! They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The store was very clean! Very easy to get to the store from I-40. I had a great experience here. I highly recommend this Tractor Supply. They have a lot of nice merchandise!
