Pet Supplies Plus Knoxville - Peters

Again another problem I said i wouldn't go back there the first time but since that manager quit that I had problems with well apparently they still talking about it cause soon as I walk in the lady working their from before still talking about how I put a complaint an showed my butt when I had the right to when the manager was so high he killed the fish trying to get it out an then just was rude but if u want my money I expect better service and respect! I promise ill never spend another dime there.

Great store with very nice staff. I regularly get coupons and rewards to save on purchases. I stock up when they have sales.

My favorite store for all my pets needs! The staff is friendly and always helpful. I never have any trouble finding everything I need. I love using the self serve dog wash area, its always clean. The bakery treats for dogs is wonderful and the staff knows all the ingredients of the treats.

Went to use the dog wash. Loved it! My pop, a little unsure. They have shampoo at the location but of course can bring your own. Also towels available. I would say needing to pay additional to use the dryer was a bit of a downer. Unsure if I would’ve used it to begin with but I feel that should be included with the purchase

They always have such great deals & the staff are very professional and polite. This is the only place that I'll ever buy my african cichild fish from! They're wonderful!
