I would've prefurred being told to zip my cat back into my bag if there was actually a ruckus forming between him and a dog not just cause of a hypothetical situation. Dogs have the privilege to walk through the store, I didn't understand why my cat wasn't offered the smaller privilege to peak his little head out of his bag while we waited. It's ok, I need to get him vaccinated at an actual vet anyway to get his charts started.

I went because our puppy we adopted shelter gave us coupons. They are kind of expensive but found some cute stuff. I did buy something that was in the %50 off but apparently it was in the wrong spot and I didn't notice till after check out. Otherwise, staff was great and helpful. They made the experience.

I always get great service and smiling faces at the San Bernardo Petco. All the employees are very nice and friendly.😊 The store manager is always very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products in the store. It’s a great store to shop for all your pets♥️🐕♥️🐕

Outstanding grooming services- My little girl is a bit of a nervous nellie when it comes to these appointments. They’re always so gentle and kind with her and she comes out looking great every time. Came out looking so pretty in pink this time (with permission- they are so considerate of personal preferences)💕💕
