All About Puppies

On June 13, 2026, my daughter and I visited All About Puppies in Largo expecting a pleasant experience. At first, the employee who greeted us was friendly, but the interaction quickly became uncomfortable. While we were there, I asked about the price of one of the dogs and was told it was around $3,600+. I reacted honestly that it was expensive, and from that point on, the tone shifted. The employee, Savannah, seemed to take my response personally, which made the visit feel tense. Later, while another family was interacting with one of the puppies, I made a quiet, supportive comment to the mother that there is no wrong price for the right dog if it feels like the right fit. As I was leaving, Savannah loudly accused me of trying to discourage other customers from buying puppies and said she did not appreciate me making negative comments to them. That accusation was false. The way this was handled was unprofessional, confrontational, and embarrassing. It created a scene in front of other customers and made my daughter feel so uncomfortable that she wanted to leave immediately, which is very unlike her. I also noticed that the disruption affected the atmosphere for others in the store. A business can charge whatever it wants for its animals, but customers should be able to ask questions and have normal reactions without being publicly confronted or misrepresented. Based on this experience, I would not return.

This place deserves 1000 stars! A couple a months ago, I took my mom in to puppy shop. (She has previously bought 3 puppies from them in the past 25 years). Courtney helped us with getting everything we needed with mom’s choice! A cut little black and brown Pomeranian, who we named Sofie! Everyone there has been absolutely amazing! Even though I ended up finding my new puppy at another business, they still help advise us on some things and suggestions for my new puppy, who is proving to be a picky eater! (The only reason I didn’t buy from them, is because I accidentally came across my dream puppy when I was looking around at another place). If I need a sibling for mine in the near future, I will surely be watching their page! Thank you all for helping us so very much and for just caring so much even after we walk out that door! My mom and I walked into all about puppies after two days of dog searching. We wanted to rescue but my mom needed a small dog for her age and abilities. Trevor greeted us with a smile and I politely explained that we may not be in there budget range. He was very kind and showed us to one puppy that could potentially be close enough to it. He was very informative and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even brought us to the one room so my mom could sit and get to know the puppy. We never felt rushed or that any question was too much. To say Trevor is not only a great employee is understatement, he is amazing and loyal to his mom(yes we even went that far to get to know about our families) . To say we can’t recommend all about puppies enough is without question- go see Trevor as well because he is definitely the icing on the cake! Bentley aka Bennie is the perfect addition and companion for my mom! And we could not have done it without Trevor’s patience and kindness! My mom def is looking forward to seeing him in the future and I feel confident that he will welcome her with open arms! Thank you again!

We got our baby at all about puppies and it was the best decision we made! All the workers there are extremely kind and helpful. They give you everything that you need for your puppy and more. We are so grateful for the experience we had when buying our puppy and we know where to go back one day when we get him a best friend to play with!
