I have Sullivan groomed in your salon. The staff are so good with him. He always looks amazing, when I pick him up. Also the young man who helped me the other day was very helpful & bought the medicine up to the register.

One star. Your grooming employee Riley needs to be seriously evaluated. I arrived at 9:50 a.m. for my husky’s 10:00 a.m. appointment (ten minutes early), yet Riley wasn’t even at work. I was told to wander around the store until he decided to show up. He finally arrived at 10:05 looking like he had just rolled out of bed or was hungover. Completely unprofessional. He glanced at my husky for all of two seconds before refusing service, claiming he “only bathes” and doesn’t actually groom. If that’s true, why is he scheduled for grooming appointments at all? Why was my time wasted? What upsets me even more is that my husky was completely judged the wrong way. He is the sweetest boy and has never hurt anyone. He was simply a little scared, which is completely normal especially since this was his first time at Petco. I clearly noted in the booking that he does better with female groomers and that he’s shy but very gentle and just needs a moment to warm up. He wasn’t even given a chance. It was an immediate denial with no effort to understand his temperament. Grooming appointments take up most of the day, which is why I specifically scheduled this around my work schedule. That time was completely wasted due to incompetence and poor management. I deeply regret trying Petco and should have stuck with Petsmart, where professionalism and basic respect for customers actually exist.

Everytime I go here they are so willing to help! They always make sure I find everything I need, and anything else that will help! I recently got a new puppy and they gave me tons off coupons for all of his puppy stuff!!! I highly recommend this pet store.

I bought a 500ct giant meal worms from there fridge section. Got home, let them be in room temp for a bit. so they could thaw went to add them to my little farm. And they were all dead smelt nasty

It was a GREAT visit. The young lady that helped me wa WONDERFUL. She taught me a lot re fish. The 3 fish that I bought to put i the tank with my foot & a /2 Plecostomus are doing GREAT so far. I will be back to get a couple more fish in a week or so. THANK YOU for your help.
