This is exactly why I don’t shop at Tractor Supply anymore. I hadn’t been in a while, but I needed a brush hog and an auger for my tractor, so I stopped by the Liberty Hill location. The manager refused to honor the listed price without any real explanation. I figured maybe it was just that store, so I went to another Tractor Supply in Cedar Park — only for that manager to look at me and ask why I couldn’t “just order it on my computer at home.” The customer service at these stores has completely gone downhill. It’s frustrating, dismissive, and nothing like what it used to be. Support your local businesses instead. They actually care about their customers — and it shows.

Always fast delivery, thank you. I just don't understand if truck is shut down why your corporation ask to drivers to stay out of his truck. Safety is important but not the extremism.

So far really good. Greeted and acknowledged upon entry. Someone helped me find items. They have great recommendations. They even offer warranties on larger purchases if you want it.

The two very nice people that went above and beyond this morning needs a rase they was caring , professional , experience , in every way. They made sure I was happy when I left after getting my thing . The cedar park tractor supply no one know nothing and they are to busy on there phones to even care about helping someone. Thank you liberty hill for being human and helping a guy a 1000 mile from everything I know and love.
