My dog Nyla was groomed by Kelly. She was very nice, professional, and experienced. She did exactly what I asked and I was very pleased. I loved the bows she put on her.

I like the women at the store more. They don’t hover around you and check on you later. There was a guy with dark hair and he was doing too much. He kept suggesting things I didn’t need and I didn’t care for that. He also kept cutting me off. There was a woman and I don’t remember her name but she knew everything and was helping me with everything I asked for. Thanks to her, I got exactly what I needed.

I was shopping at the Chenal location yesterday which was a Saturday and there was one employee working. I felt bad for her because it was busy so I waited patiently for her assistance. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was incredibly kind, professional and helpful. I’m also so glad they have restocked Weruva dog food!

When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by a friendly face asking if she could help me with something. Told her what I needed and she took me straight to the products and explained the pros and cons to the products. She showed interest in my needs and asked me to check in with her to see if it helped. Loved it, I was by in and out quickly!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff helping me find the right food for my doggo. And Kelley their groomer is the best! She has extreme patience for my terrier, and he always looks great.
