Nice People , 2 Hours to get Unloaded They Were Super busy

Great place to unload. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they do a great job getting you in and out quickly. The bathrooms and break room are clean, and the snack machines are always stocked. The team clearly takes their work seriously. They’re careful while unloading and never leave a mess in the trailer. They also make sure not to bump the walls or damage the floors, which really matters when it’s your own trailer. If more companies operated like Hollywood Feed, truckers would have a much better experience. Professional, respectful, and efficient. Keep up the great work!

Be aware of this place, you need an appointment to get unloaded but it is first come first serve. I had to wait 2 hours to get the door after checked in, then almost 3 hours to get unloaded. Checked in 9:35 am checked out 14:12. I was patient waiting but we get worry about the time running so fast. By the way, the staff were friendly explaining me about that they have no enough room was the reason why it took so long. Really nice people can’t complaint about them. I know every place have their own way to do their thing, but they have to improve the unloading process because we as truckers run a log book and stopped there clock still running, also, some places close early and we might not get reload same day or maybe have to wait till Monday. Last, NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

I went to Hollywood Feed in Jonesboro, AR., talked with the Asst Manager about your company making a donation of a puppy crate or dog bed for a school auction we are having to auction off a doodle puppy. She said of course, no problem. Seemed excited to help at the time. I even told the school Hollywood Feed had agreed to help. They would be glad to do something. She asked me to bring back paperwork about this event, I did the next day, even talked to the manager there, no one ever called me back. I called a few days later to check and the Asst Manager said she would check, but never got back with me. I would think at least someone would respond. Really poor management there.
