This location is always very nice. It’s easy to get an appointment here and they work reasonably fast and efficiently. My dog always comes out looking great.

Jared and Vanessa are the absolute best at what they do. We recently purchased a 10 gallon fish tank from the store and would have completely ruined everything if it wasn't for these two employees. Our fish would have likely not made it past a week or two since we had little to no knowledge of how everything worked. Now we look like experts with our whole custom tank with live plants and all. This new addition to our house will bring joy and happiness to each day and we only have Vanessa and Jared to thank for it. If you have any questions or need anything fish related they will definitely take care of you.

I went in two or three days before Christmas. I always thought their competitors were better priced . I’m so happy I was still in there system. I got my Isabella the cutest sweater ever! They had a very good sale. The customer service was super nice, and knowledgeable . Their competitors are helpful but sometimes not as friendly. Anyway I am definitely going back for their sales. I hope they have rewards too.

Employees are sweet and friendly. An employee I think named Sydney was helpful with my dog’s training! I asked her to try and pet my shy dog. She got a couple treats and was really patient with him. My dog finally allowed her to pet him! The store can be a little bit crowded, but that’s not their fault! I always try to come when there’s less people which usually works out for me and my dog.

Located in the 'Countryside Marketplace' shopping center, next to 'Staples', with plenty of parking. This store is always fully stocked with happy paws shopping away. Besides Pet food/nutrition they also have most pet supplies, basic medication, dog training, grooming services, and even vet care. Service is okay, but can be friendlier at the register. I usually order online but often visit the store when I need something sooner for my pup. I've always had a good experience at this location and will definitely return.
