They usually can order what u want as far as live goods tropical and marine, but the back is dinky, and the price absolutely could be better! 3 stars because of the prices. Caribbean has reopened its ok to lower your prices now...

Came here today for the first time!! I remember being a child and going to mutts and butts, with my mom to get Timothy hay for our rabbits. My first time back in over a decade. I was SO impressed with the selection in this store. I will even give you full disclosure—I went to PetSmart first because it was on my way and literally left because it was so run down looking in there and they didn’t have Open Farm. I asked a sales associate at mutts and butts if they had the open farm raw mix I was looking for and she said they don’t carry in store but it would be possible to special order it for me which was really good to know. My dog is a senior with cancer and is changing his mind every day about what he wants to eat, so I bought a Stella and chewy raw mix that looked similar for him to try. The freeze dried selection was really top notch, they even had some frozen raw options which I was surprised to see. They had endless enrichment selections of bully sticks and chews which was fabulous and even Weruva Wx Phos Focused!! Which is a low phosphorus food designed for cats with urinary issues, which typically on chewy I have to order a whole case, but it was really nice that I could try all the other flavors for my cat with urinary issues without doing so. I spent like an hour in there, just so excited about all the options. I’ll be back for sure!! Great selection, happy to support a local business

Love love love shopping here! Every one we interact with in the store is kind and friendly and helpful. Joe special orders our Small Batch raw sliders for Danger, Potato and our cat, Jinx. There is a wonderful selection of supplies, food and treats (including frozen). We love to support such a wonderful local shop who cares enough to special order the specific foods and treats we feed our pets! 11/10 stars

I went here twice in the last month, 1st time Paul helped me and today Tom helped and they both were phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable. Neither pushed anything on us and was extremely honest and courteous. They helped us upgrade our beta fish tank. Highly recommend this place. Forever customer.
