Love the store, they almost always have what I am looking for. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, would be the high prices on everything other than the bins near the registers. Even the clearance aisle in the back is fairly expensive, with not much of a selection. Not to mention that nearly everything over there has been there for many months, without ever being discounted any farther. If the overall prices went down, the items in the clearance aisle would go down in price after so long, as well as have different items every so often. It would be a 5 star review any day of the week

I have visited several times, but today was the worst experience I’ve had. I was at the dog washing station, and I found it highly unethical for the supervisor to yell at the employees and tell them that if they didn't like it, they could just leave. He also reprimanded another employee for arriving a few minutes late, doing so with an air of arrogance and a complete lack of respect. In my opinion, that person should not be a supervisor; if he has an issue with an employee, he should address it in private—not shout it out in front of other staff members where customers can hear. It showed a severe lack of ethics and respect.

Visited the worst Tractor Supply Location. Something is really wrong with this location, the one in Midland south side. I have had numerous bad experiences here, I try to avoid going to this one, the locations in Stanton and Odessa are great, like the other TS stores I visit. But this one has the absolute worst customer service,

Bought a few tool boxes. They didn’t have any out, not complaining just almost left store thinking they were out but asked an assistant if they were getting any one soon and found out they had 6-7 in the back. Paid for the 2 different sizes (out of 4 options) and went to side of bld to load up, but they had charged me for cheaper smaller size. Had to go back inside and pay for the larger size of the one i asked for, and go back out to the warehouse and ask for the right size. Not a problem, just reviewing my experience.
