Pet Story NY

My HavaMalt has been visiting Pet Story for about 2 years for Daycare and Grooming. I gave Pet Story 5 stars all around. My interaction with the staff has always been welcoming and pleasant. They have a true passion for our little friends. Their care is visible from you enter the store.

Ziggy has been going to Pet Story for grooming for over 3 years and they always do a wonderful job. Staff are super friendly, caring, and helpful. Love their selection of toys, treats, and products for pets as well.

Pet Story is an amazing store, my pup had a grooming appointment with Jane today. She looks beautiful, all of the staff was so kind. Pet story, is clean, organized and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the services we received. Definitely 5 stars for us!!! Thank you Pet Story!

CoolWhip and Archie got the best grooming at this location! The groomers did such an amazing job! CoolWhip is a spicy Chihuahua, and she went very calmly with them and was very happy with her scarf. Archie the yorkie looked adorable! I love the way they styled his face!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Everyone at Pet Story is so welcoming and kind, both staff and groomers. They do an amazing job bathing and grooming my Malshi. A little on the pricey side, but worth every penny. Convenient location, parking, and easy to book an appt online. They take such good care of the dogs, and have tons of patience. My lil guy is not scared to stay there unlike other places. I fear he was mistreated at our prior groomer because he used to freak out & not want to stay, and then he'd be uncontrollably cry-barking when I came back to pick him up. He doesn't act like that at Pet Story, he's always super happy when I come back to get him. Only place we will go now! Since Google only allows 1 review, I'm updating my original one to add that we've been back to Pet Story many times. All of the staff is gracious and kind, and the groomers do a wonderful job. They are always patient and understanding with my nervous lil guy... New photos added also of his latest cut.
